Return and Refund Policy

At Aasan Buy, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders. We only provide an exchange if the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been delivered. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear pictures or videos of the product as proof. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the exchange according to our policy.
